How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In-stock items typically ship within 5-7 business days. For White Glove Delivery, please allow 3-6 weeks for transit and professional assembly in your home, depending on your location.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery?
Yes, we offer premium White Glove Delivery which includes bringing the furniture into your room of choice, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.
How do I care for my Caracole finishes?
To preserve the beauty of our hand-applied finishes, we recommend dusting frequently with a soft, clean cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or silicone-based polishes that can damage the lacquer.
Do you offer international shipping?
